Any thoughts on why square would lock up and not take payments? Once in a while customer will place their card in the reader but the charge button is dead. Won't even let me enter cash purchases. I have to stop and reboot the ipad to get it to work again.  Any answers?

@bdbbq I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your Point of Sale system. It sounds like the iPad and/or the App are out of date. I would check for updates and delete/reinstall the app to see if that helps. If you're still experiencing trouble, I would look at if it's only the app that freezes or if the iPad has trouble outside of our system. It may be time to upgrade the iPad.
