Any plans on additional loyalty features?

We've been expanding our loyalty program throughout our several stores and so far we're quite happy with the overall experience.

 

With that being said, I was wondering if we could expect some more advanced features coming to Square Loyalty in the near future?

 

Tiered-Memberships (based on $ amounts/visits in a specified time frame) which can result in customer based discounts (ie. 5% discounts on everything for being a Gold Member). More points per dollar than lower-tiered customers.

 

Point acceleration program options. We can offer double points for a specific time period, day, etc. Allowing us to select the increase in straight points or a percentage.

 

As I mentioned, we're really seeing a great response from Square Loyalty so far, we're just hoping to give the customers more ways to get excited about it.

Not sure if you ever got this resolved, but we're an official Square Partner company and they actually brought us in because of our advances in Loyalty + Rewards.

 

Our solutions are integrated with their Loyalty and Rewards and have a sort of architecture that allows us to add advanced Loyalty features like the Tiers you were mentioning, etc. 

 

There are a couple of ways of doing this - let me know if you'd like to chat. There's actually a really easy way that accomplishes what you're going for and is simple for the Customer - and more engaging.

No, that is not helpful.  Thanks for trying.  Would like customers to NOT have to go to a separate area/page to checkout with their membership.

 

The functionality of the automated group discounts is not that helpful.  Need more than one discount rule to apply.
