From my knowledge, the AfterPay acquisition wasn't planned to happen until early 2022, however I have not heard of any more up-to-date plans on this. Once acquired, Square will then need to build an integration into their platform if they decide to integrate it. The development and construction of an integration may take multiple months, it is likely that if we see this integration, we can expect it in mid/late 2022.
