I wish Square offered accounting features so I do not have to use another website or service. Does anyone recommend a place I can input my square card expenses and payments received to keep better track of things?

Also when I signup customers for subscriptions when does square email them an invoice?

Thanks for showing interest in Square having a bookkeeping or accounting service. I will leave the question about a service recommendation opened to other Sellers here in the Community. 

Now in regards to Subscriptions, Square will send the invoice/receipt as soon as the first payment is processed. After that payments should be recurring and customers should be debited automatically on their selected cadence. I hope this information is helpful!
