On July 21st a transaction for essentially $1 million was pit through my Square account (as a credit). I haven’t seen anything credited to my bank account. My employee says there were no card transactions that day. What is happening?

Hi @Izibele - thanks for your post.
What do you mean by credit in this case? If the transaction was recorded as anything other than a card transaction, Square would not initiate any funds transfer to you.
You can head to your Transactions Dashboard and locate the payment, the details section will tell you if the payment was recorded by Card, Cash or any other payment method.
