I would say do some Ads on Instagram, it’s as cheap as $5/day and it really worked for me.
Good luck

I'd say post more frequently and host pop up events with local vendors to sell their products if spacing permits

  1. SAMPLING

I started sampling Thursdays – Sundays of our best selling chai blend.  Sampling does increase conversion rate.  Once they try it and like it, they are more likely to buy the product.  I am considering adding sampling to earlier in the week as well.

  1. Connect with a local business/corporation

Each week, identify a local business/corporation and provide a 20% in-store discount coupon to be passed out to their employees.  Their employees have a certain time frame to redeem their offer.  The discount coupon is only valid for the Shops at the North Bridge kiosk. This also is an employee perk so it is a win/win.

  1. Keep my existing kiosk customer coming back

When someone makes a purchase, give them a 15% coupon to redeem off of one item the next time they shop at the Shops at North Bridge kiosk.

  1. Encourage your customer to bring a friend

In addition to the 15% return coupon listed above, offer a 2nd coupon where if they bring a friend and the friend makes a purchase, they both get 15% off a product.

  1. In Store Only Promotion

Promote in-store only promotions on social media and newsletters. Holiday promotions like July 4th or other monthly or bi-weekly promotions, offer only valid at the kiosk

  1. Partner with other mall brands, Pop Up at other Mall Retailers

Offer Iced Chai to their customers on a Saturday or Sunday, with layout of Bhoomi products. A win-win, their customers get a nice cold drink.

  1. Offer Discount Coupons to employees of other mall retailers, to be redeemed by a certain date.
  2. Invite an expert to your location

Team up with a figure or expert in my industry and invite them to speak or present at my kiosk.  Need to flesh out this idea, given limited space at kiosk.  This will tap into the audience of the guest speaker and invite a new base of customers to my kiosk who may not have been familiar with the shop.  A complementary product or service/like a chef.

  1. Offer in-store tastings of products I typically do not offer tastings for.  Promote on social media, newsletters and with influencers.
  2. Offer in-store only classes like Art of Chai workshop.  This is limited due to space constraint.
  • Improve presence in local community

Local apartment buildings, offer coupons and art of chai workshops.

I agree woth the sampling suggestion! We host complimentary samplings here in Gettysburg, PA and when we setup a new wholesale account we host a sampling for their customers. We create all natural lically sourced boozy jams and jellies, boozy fudge, custom teas like caramel cherry cheesecake tea, and candles. We sell 100% more by sampling. Also with new vendors by selling out of their first shipment it creates a second order! Think/Shop/Local community. phanniesboozyjams.com we specialize in cooking under private labels not just ours!
