thanks @maxpete -- @CarolC not exactly sure if I'd qualify as I operate a specialty candy retail store (no back of house / food ingredients, etc) but did work in strategy/operations at DoorDash for ~9yrs prior to opening so have a decent amount of experience w/ restaurants. if helpful, would love to chat. if it's not the right fit, totally understand.
