Looking for Florida food truck regulations.

Established NJ food truck relocating to FL in 2022 and wanted to go over differences in regulations. What I need to expect and what's different from NJ.

Thanks, I’ll check it out. I’m also looking for the non official version straight from the owners to see how regulations are met. There are plenty of regulations here but there are ways of meeting them that are not written if you know what I mean. Like rules on commissary kitchen requirements, what local permits they charge for and fees? I’ve seen a few north east trucks moving there recently so it must be working out. We are in our 10th year.
