Square Appointments Calendar and Invoices app request

I'm new user to these apps but not a new square user. Our company just switched and we are excited to use these apps. I would like to request a few additions that will benefit other users as well. 

 

(1) On the appointments calendar, can we make visible in the appointment window the customers city so when we are approving other appointments we can schedule them when we are in the area and also to not schedule another job 2 hrs away on the same day? This will allow our service business to use online scheduling instead of just a backup feature.

 

(2) Add a simple 1 click feature to the app for the ability to send a text to the next appointment "we are,on our way to your job". This would be an awesome feature for those of us in the service industry. 

 

(3) Can you please please add the notes and quantity feature to the service items side of online appointments and also for use on the invoice like is available for the Item Library? When scheduling online the customer can add notes about that particular service along with how many and we can add notes and quantity to the service on the invoice. This should be fairly easy as the items is already set up this way.  For a business to use online appointments the customer has to book with a service item. For us to use the invoice feature we need to add notes and quantity. Therfore we have to list everything in the item and service library.

Also we have discovered another issue that probably is effecting others too in the service industry.  We would like to take advantage of the online scheduling from the start of the appointment to collecting the payment. But the info entered in the appointment can't be saved into an invoice or used to create one. So, we have to recreate the info to an invoice for our records and payment. This leaves the calendar with all these  scheduled jobs incomplete. On our phone call to square CS Appointments, we were told to look for a different app that better served our needs. 🤦‍♂️ Square Apps, I think will end up helping us run our business extremely well and for now I don't want to change. I have noticed many updates to the apps already that we have suggested. Thanks for all your help.

Happy to be involved! I enjoy the Square platform and think with a few minor changes it would be perfect for trade services companies like mine!
