Square Appointments (small changes required for booking tables)

Hi,

I have been experimenting with Square Appointments for table bookings in our bar. It's looking good but there are a couple of things which may need changing or at least the option to modify the wording.

When a customer follows the link to the booking site, the first thing they see which may confuse them, is the term 'service'. i.e. "Select Service"

Next, they are asked to "Select Staff" , ideally this needs to be 'Select Table' or at least a way to modify those words.

Also, when viewing the 'staff/tables' it mentions that 'Price varies', even though I set the price to 0 ?

 

These are all things which could put off a prospective customer from booking a table.

I hope you are able to look in to these, as I see the system being a good option for us otherwise.

Hi @Dirky, thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we cannot change the texts for Select Service and Select Staff. However, I take note of your feedback and will make sure to pass it on to our Product team. 

 

In regards to the variable price, this is something you can check in your Service description. Please make sure the Price type for all the services is set to Fixed and add 0 for each of them. Then the variable prices will no longer show up.
