Feature Request: Provide a Notes section in the eGift Cards Overview right hand side pop-up panel
Please provide a place for us to writes private notes (not be shared with the customer) next to the eGift Cards in the Overview page right hand side pop-up panel. This helps us recognise the context of that Gift Card sale, which will help the salesperson who will be redeeming the eGift Card. This will be of particular significance if the eGift Card formed part of a promotion, eg it was given to the customer for free by the retailer. Without this, there will be a long list of eGift Cards and we can't identify the circumstances that eGift Card was issued.

Hi @nella, thanks so much for sharing this! It's definitely something that will be useful for many businesses so I'll be sure to pass it to our team for future updates.
For now, the only way to leave a note is to do so when processing the transaction which would also appear on the receipt, but it'll still help to identify what the eGift Card might have been issuef for.
