FR: provide longer term "Send my Customers a Confirmation Request Confirmation Method"

Current maximum of 1 week is not enough. We need 2 and 4 week options.
We book appointments up to 12 months in advance. We need the confirmation request to be sent on these longer terms because the balance isn't right at 1 week.
For example, appointments booked five months before the appointment date, a confirmation reminder at 4 weeks is best; for appointments booked 6 weeks before the appointment, a confirmation reminder at 2 weeks is best; for appointments booked 3 weeks before the appointment, a confirmation reminder at 1 week is best and so on; so, we would need Appointments to dynamically adjust the point the confirmation is sent according to how long ago the appointment was booked.
