We quite often receive inquiries like "I entered the wrong amount or added the wrong items but I don't know how to correct it".
Here are some videos to help you out:
1. Correct a Custom Price (Before Adding to your Cart)
iPad / Android Tablet (Hold a device horizontally）
You can delete the digits you entered one by one by tapping [ ← ].
iPhone / Android Smartphone
You can clear the entire amount by tapping [ C ].
2. Correct a Custom Price ( After Adding to your Cart)
iPad / Android Tablet (Hold a device horizontally）
Tap the [Custom Amount ¥〇〇] on the right side of the screen. Edit the amount in the pop-up screen, then tap [Save].
iPhone / Android Smartphone
Tap the [Current Sale] on the top of the screen and tap [Custom Amount ¥〇〇]. Correct the amount shown in the next screen, then tap [Save].
3. Delete an item you’ve already added
iPad / Android Tablet（Hold a device horizontally）
On the right side of the screen, swipe left on the item you’d like to delete and tap [Delete]. Or you can also delete by tapping the down arrow next to [Add Customer] and then tap [Clear Items].
iPhone / Android Smartphone
Tap the [Current Sale] on the top of the screen. Swipe left on the item you want to delete and tap [Delete]. If you want to delete the entire amount or items, tap [Current Sale], then the down arrow next to Total ¥〇〇 then tap [Clear Items].
