I have done what I needed to do in the settings section regarding order pick up and shipping options. All of my items in my store are eligible for shipping or local pick up. Why is Square not allowing my customers to select the pick up option?

Hi and thanks for posting. 🙂 Usually when this happens it is because the pickup location settings have not been setup under Settings>Pickup>Edit Location. Or, an item or two is missing the extra fulfillment option that is set under the Edit Item page. It looks like your site if offering a pickup option for me at checkout, though. Did you already resolve this, or is their a particular item you are testing?

i am having the same problem! It was working until about the time the self serve ordering was released. My locations settings are enabled but it only gives the time I'm open to place order. they cannot choose a time for pick up

Settings>Pickup>Edit Location is not in my menus. Please advise. The customer is not given the option to pick up locally.
