How do I add separate tax rates? Maryland has a 6% sales tax and a 9% liquor sales tax.

Maryland has a 6% sales tax for most goods BUT it has a 9% tax on liquor. How do I customize tax rates in my online store? For instance, we need to add the 6% tax rate for items like clothing but 9% for any liquor related products - bottle sales, etc.
