When placing pictures behind featured items the scroll arrows can become so washed out that they are impossible to see:
Currently the only work around is to darken the picture through "improve readability" but that really takes away from being able to place the picture on there at all and the arrows are still pretty faint even at the darkest setting:
We need to be able to customize these arrow colors and size.
