Subscriptions Prevent Customer Cancellation

Is there a way to prevent customers from cancelling their subscriptions online? As we plan and pre-order inventory I dont want someone to just choose to cancel, I would rather them have to reach out and contact us to cancel?

At this time, it's not possible to disable subscriptions being cancelled online. Adding a note about how your orders work, and contact details for your customers to your subscription description could be a workaround for the time being. Feel free to create a feature request for our Square Online team here.
