On my item details, I only have one image, so there is no need for the thumbnail. Is there a way to remove it and only display the feature image?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
Please go to the item page within the website editor, then Content > Image gallery. From there you should be able to edit their appearance/where they appear.
This will apply to all image pages. Does that help?
