In cases like this you need to contact Customer Support - the volunteer Community Members here are mostly small business owners who have quite a bit of hands-on experience using Square's Hardware and Apps but, we're not the same as Customer or Tech Support. You should be able to contact Customer Support through your Square Account Dashboard - best times are probably Monday thru Friday unless it's a holiday.
