Recently, within the last week, when we go to the Customer record and click Files and then Take Photo and then click to take the photo, then Square asks for our passcode again even though we already entered it to initiate our Customer Directory search. This even happens for me the Administrator in our Square account. It never used to do this and makes the process of uploading completed tickets much less efficient.
Also, once the photo is uploaded, we used to be able to just click the three dots to the right of the file name and change the file name. Now we have to click the file and then click the three dots and then change the file name.
It seems to have started after we updated the Square POS app on our mobile device.
I also checked settings and cannot see anything that I can figure out that could be set incorrectly.
