Recently I've noticed that my customers name is not always coming up on credit card transactions. Under the customer name, it shows "Unknown Customer" This has been proven to be frustrating lately, especially if we are looking for a certain transaction or want to look up customer purchase history. Other than manually grabbing and entering each customers name, is there a planned fix to this problem?

** Update - it appears that when the card is tapped, customer name is not gathered, only when dipped. So hopefully there is a easy fix, or we will not be using the tap.
