We would love if there was a way to filter the activity section on the customer record screen. It would be great if there were a way to just click a button and view only purchases for instance. See images below.
We add a customer record to every sale. And we utilize it often to look up their purchases. This is especially important because of the fact that their purchases need to be processed through our kiln and then are ready to pick up and sometimes there are multiple steps through the process that can take a while. Then their items are ready for them to pick up which sometimes they wait 30 days to come and pick them up. Sometimes the husband comes and picks up and the wife doesn't know it and then the wife comes and we have to figure out what happened to the items. So we always look up the record in the system.
Therefore, when we need to look something up for a customer, to view their previous purchases, sometimes we need to go back in time.
However we send a newsletter out every week and we have rewards points that people can earn and coupons that go out. So the activity section ends up filling up and we have to scroll quite a bit sometimes to look at a transaction that happened three months ago for instance.
If there were a button at the top above the activity section that we can press to just show purchases/transactions, that would really help a lot.
