It should be simple to have recurring subscriptions for both "services" and for "items" on Square's system.
Also, should be easier ways for square to incentivize customers to share a service on Square.

It would be helpful to have a way to label cards on file. I frequently have an HSA/ FSA card as primary, with a personal card as backup. If we could label the cards or assign a label (healthcare card, personal card, backup card, etc), this would save some headache at checkout.

It would be helpful to have a way to check out two clients together. I often have a husband and wife together wanting to pay once. I have had to run each session separately. I don't know if that is a Square issue or a MassageBook issue.

2 things:
1) When will Square figure out a system to allow pharmacies (And it sounds like @WiregrassDPC had the same issue) to charge non-in person credit cards. I understand it still currently violates TOS, but there should be some sort of certification we could go through to allow this.
2) Correct me if I am wrong, but Square's CBD program has never been reopened past it's initial beta service. Would like more information about this, if it is available to the general public.

I would love to have option to be able to put in expiration dates and lot numbers on items for tracking.
In the stock tracking for an item it would be great to have more options. Sometimes the products that we want to track are actually used on patients (backbar). Having an Other for "Stock Action" with the ability to enter a note. Or allowing us to create our own "Stock Actions".

How do you create an invoice that is HIPAA compliant that allows the patient to pay what they can at the moment and allow me to see the remaining balance? Also, is there a way to create a single invoice that shows the services from different days along w/ previous payments and remaining balance? Lastly, can you make it so that we can upload forms and make it fillable online?

They probably won't let you because if you call them in a script during any of their consults it violates their Terms and Conditions to do a card on file apparently.............

I own and operate a mobile IV hydration & vitamin infusion business. I would love to have the ability to track inventory the volume in my medication vial's by ML/CC. That would assist me better to track my inventory. I also would love to have the ability to chart in a client file and it be HIPPA compliant. I use square for both of my businesses and LOVE the customer support and functionality. Be a 1 stop shop for a medical provider!

I am in mental health, and a best practice is for clients to have their card on file so that I can charge them later, rather than take up treatment time after the appointment. However, it is an increasingly steep processing fee. I am having to look at other online HIPAA compliant systems for processing unless you all lower this fee. So far, I've found the average to be 3.15%. Please address this. I really don't want to leave Square, but I might have to.

I am in the same situation. I am a psychotherapist in private practice who has been using Square for 8 years and I also charge manually as it doesn’t feel appropriate to charge at the end or beginning of a therapy session.. I love Square’s platform and ease of usage but the fees are too high. I also would hate to leave Square but am tired of paying such steep fees. Can something be done to reduce the fees?

I agree. The fees are getting steep. Also in invoices you can’t put more than one date of service. I am thinking of switching some clients to Zelle which is free.

We offer sales and rentals of HME equipment. We need the ability to track, check out, and record maintenance on rental inventory. Recurring invoices works for payment, but the current system has no way for us to easily track (and scan barcodes) and monitor our equipment, nor tie a particular serial number to a customer.

Additionally, we need a way to increase the current $ limit for invoices. The dollar limit is too low for the type of work we do and looks unprofessional to have to submit two invoices (due to the limit) for quotes.
