A bit of perspective - sometimes they become friends or besties anyway and it still reflects as a package deal sometimes with ramifications such as accountability and corrections because it is difficult for friends to navigate those boundaries in my experience even if they didn't know each other pre-hire. It is a challenge either way I think. If they are a great applicant - they are a great applicant and you seem very well-versed in managing your teams and boundaries with them from reading previous threads with your input 🙂
For me, If I thought they were both good candidates I would hire them both. I would let them know upfront they wouldn't be on schedule together all the time and my expectations of them.

The biggest challenge on my plate right now is making the time to finish my photos for my website. I'm in the process of replacing any and all stock photos and make sure my daughter and I are the faces being seen. I ordered a backdrop from Amazon, and it never made it here so now I feel like I'm behind.

Hope it comes in soon and please let us know when you have updated photos. Would love to see!
Hello,
My biggest challenge right now is that I am not that tech savvy. There are so many things that I don't know or understand. For instance I haven't literally set my text messages up to alert my customers of lives, events, or news etc. My biggest problem is I work as a teacher 10 months during the year. I literally need a team to help me with the things that I have to due. Then, if my revenew was where it should be things would be better. I have been in business for over 20 plus years. So, over those 20 years I built a great customer base, but I worked the old fashion way by doing Popup's, such church conventions, schools, businesses ( some where I really made good money year round. BOOM! and here comes the pandemic! I lost a lot of my business. So, now I have the resources, but having challenges using them. Or I should say, I literally just don't know what I have. :))

Thank you for sharing this!
In terms of what you're looking to get better at tech wise, are you looking for in exploring marketing efforts? Also congrats on 20 years in business, that is no small feat!
The biggest challenge for Anu’Crown right now is navigating the shift in our business model while enhancing our marketing tactics and streamlining our product delivery process to ensure scalability. As we aim to expand into wholesale and increase our footprint, refining our marketing approach is essential to attract the right partners and customers. At the same time, we need a more efficient delivery system to handle larger volumes and ensure that our customers have a consistent, high-quality experience. Balancing these goals is challenging but essential for our growth in 2025 and beyond.
I would say juggling life and business. Just getting ready to open store number 2 going on close to 2 years mother law moved in with mild dementia “sundowners” and as it gets worse I feel guilty leaving even though we have an amazing caregiver who comes over while im gone it just pulls at me. I am the good guy and my husband her son is the one who gets the brunt of the dementia and the bad guy. Unfortunately, I have worked so hard to get where I am, and another opportunity I can't pass up, and need this for my peace of mind and hopefully she will come to work with me at the smaller boutique compared to the bigger retail store. The guys can handle that! 25 employees and all men and 1 female 😆 they are a hoot and amazing! I tell them all the time without YOU there is no us!
