I would like to see a price override option.  This option will allow you to change the price of any item temporally "for this sale only" on the fly like at the POS counter on the register.  

IE. Customer comes to your location, selects an item they wish to buy and requests a lower price due to damage to item or other reasons...  (would need manager approval) you would touch the price of the item and change it. then a box would popup for reasons IE  Damage,late delivery, price was advertised at a lower price, price match at other stores etc... or Other "type in reason."

I dont think this is much to ask and would benefit everyone using the system

I'd like to see a transfer option to my CashApp directly from my Square account.  The fact that I have to bounce my money off another entity to hand it back to the same corporation seems really silly to me, it should be easier to transfer between my Square account and my Cashapp account.

Full accessibility of the timecard features using the app. While payroll is processing I am not able to see current timecards from Saturday midnight until Tuesday morning.

I would then have to go into the desktop version which has now completely disappeared?

We'd like to have the ability to pick days where people cannot place orders for pick up. For example, we are closed on national holidays but people can still place orders to be picked up on those days. Some type of calendar feature would be great!

Yes this!!!

We would love to able to "shut off" orders from coming in automatically.  That way I can schedule holiday specials to be shut off in time for us to prep them. Right now I have to constantly manually adjust prep times and turn orders on/off.  It's a huge time suck.

Needed Features:

Square Online - The ability to quickly and easily mark an item as "Sold Out for the Day" Making the item unavailable to purchase for the same day but still having the ability for customers to purchase for a future date.  Also the option to have the item automatically go back to visible after closing.

Square Online - Please add a "Sending as a Gift" checkbox to the Delivery pop up so Gift Recipient names and cell #'s can be collected in order to get deliveries to the correct person.

Yes please!  "Sold Out For Today" is available on all the 3rd-party delivery apps but not on Square Online.  And please make it part of the Square app, currently we have to leave the Square app and go to the website version to mark items as unavailable... confusing and cumbersome for staff who need to focus on the food and customers, not on the tablet!

I would like to see Bulk editing, like bulk item deletes, price changes...etc. Also make the front display better for people that uses the Square register.

Yes! You can bulk delete on square.online but not on Square?!?

I completely agree with this.  As a restaurant owner it is way to time consuming to adjust all of the prices by a certain percentage individually.

I sell a LOT of consignments - I wish there was an easier way to track "my store sales" vs "consigned sale" and a way to pay those consigners directly with the information taken from the register at the time of the sale -- I have a very convoluted set up now with vendors and invoices but there should be a easier and simpler way.

I agree! A way to pay consignors or vendors using Square Banking would be wonderful! Right now I have to use Melio and it's a pain!

I have been begging Square for years to allow us to put a "hold" on someone's credit card.   My previous processor allowed us to do it, and I almost didnt go to Square because of the lack of this.   I love Square, but this has made me want to go back to our previous processor.
