How do you keep your store feeling fresh? Do you bring in new items to support your old trusty sellers? Do you make twists on an original item? Bring Items back from retirement? Do you freshen up the store by rearranging and changing layouts or item locations? Watch trends and see what other stores are carrying? It is different for every store and in each industry.

In our bakeries we generally have new items coming and going based on seasons. Having a strawberry donut and pie in season, etc. We also do rearrange what items are on what tables about once a year and it is kinda crazy to see an item like popcorn jump in sales because it it now on a front table vs a back one etc.

We are master remerchandisers.. literally take everything off the shelves- give them an energetic refresher- and then put it all back differently. Sometimes we'll take older inventory and repackage it into a kit or collection of some kind.
