The name Antiquity Acres was born when the two loves (Antiques & Plants) of our lives became something we both wanted to pursue. Antiques ( all kinds, specializing in China, depression glass etc., etc..) and Horticulture (flowers, annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs etc., etc.). After considerable thought , we decided the name that best describes what we would like the business to be called was Antiquity Acres. As the owner of the business, Mary filed all the necessary papers to formally preserve the name and begin the business she has today.

We started our company "The Tiki Hut Hawaiian Shave Ice" back in 2007. Our name includes "Hawaiian Shave Ice" because we create snow cones that are as soft as actual snow like they do in Hawaii. My daughter graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and created our logo for us, it has only undergone color pallet changes.

I had changed my business name and upon a meditation, the new name came to me. I wanted it to reflect that every person has their own healing compass within. I am so glad I did the name change!

Our name - Long Play Cafe, comes from the original name given for the 33 ⅓, 12 inch Long Playing record (LP) that Columbia Records introduced in 1948. It had been 15 plus years in the making, but the Great Depression and WWII got in the way. Imagine if they had just given up? Where would music be today? Our logo is a homage to the original. www.longplaycafe.com ans @LongPlayCafe for IG and FB pages. I'd love to attach a logo here, but can't seem to find a way.

TW: miscarriage
I wanted to use a name that would inspire me to keep going even when the going got tough so I chose the two that I never wanted to let down: I had two miscarriages and with the grace of science we were able to find out their genders and named them for closure. It is their middle names that I chose to keep me coming back, to make proud.

It's the initials of my daughters' names. S&R Garage LLC. (Samantha & Riley) I wanted to build something I could pass along to them, that would have meaning, not just some generic name.

I was 31 years old when I took a dance fitness class and changed my life. I had never been able to dance in front of anyone and my cholesterol was dangerously high, and my mental health was struggling. I began teaching dance fitness in 2012 and so I named my fitness business 31 Fitness.

it's a long story. when i was married, my ex husband used to look at the ladies and i used to say, "yeah, she has a bigchassie". so i took the second nickname of "bigchassie". several years later i decided to produce a play (i used to do a lot of performing in theatre) i wrote and i created the name, "CHASSIEDOT PRODUCTIONS". So the name stuck with me. So, when i decided to go into business i decided to use "CHASSIEDOT CREATIONS" as the name of my business.

My company name pretty much consist of everything I do, and since I literally make everything A Piece of everything is what I decided to name it. APOE also for short. I use a black raven in my logo for the APOE part as a refrence to Edger Allen Poe.

My company was A&A Treasures and Gifts and was named for myself and my husband. We both have "A" names. After a little while I decided I wanted something that sounded more fun and eye catching. I came up with Momma Owl Accessories LLC. It is named as such because I am a momma to 3 little ones and I have an amazing admiration for owls. I now have a storefront and people love the name and say it sounds like a fun place to go shop. I had someone put the logo together for me but for some reason I can't add photos to this. Here is a link to my facebook page. My website is still a work in progress.

That is the mysterious question!!
This is our family business, My husband Ray, myself (Eve) and our 4 beautiful kids! Adam, Nuha, Alina and Wael!
Which is ANAW! Isnt that the best thing ever!?
So, the answer to your question is... I used each one of my kids initials and i got "ANAW Hauling", which i LOVE and it works out. (pronounced a-now)
I hope that answered your question!
