I have to say, The Corporation sounds it's either an intense suspense film about an actual corporation, or a 90s ska band.

The wife and I were in Southern France and my mother in law's hairdresser, an Italian gentleman, his name was Massimo with 2 s's. Checking on sunbiz.org it was taken so I changed it to 1 s. I liked the name. And that as they say is that.

Absolutely epic story, thank you for sharing @AntixX . I love that it came from your wrestling name... I'm more of an artist than a wrestler so I like the pivot 🙂

Isabelle, Our business, Go Bucket List Travel LLC, was formed in 2012 as a full service travel agency and travel planning center. Our clients are primarily boomers from around the USA and Canada looking to experience the world after enjoying a career and family. We also escort up to six groups annually to international destinations or across the USA. Our original name was to be Bucket List Travel, but we discovered that the URL was held by a Canadian company. We then added GO to the name and we were off to the races. Our name is trademarked as well as our Bucket List Concierge[tm] service name. Tony Cassano, General Manager Go Bucket List Travel, Providence Forge, VA

Hey @isabelle ,
Great question! As an engineering focused metal-worker with a passion for metallurgy who was starting a community-based metalworking studio I decided on the name 'The Carbon Collective'. With carbon being one of the most ubiquitous elements that is present in ferrous metals I thought it was fitting. Due to the nature of the business, a metalworking art-collective, I decided to postface with 'collective'. I created the logo with the encouragement of a friend based on the (6) electrons of the carbon atom and the two 'C's. The structure of the business has changed over the years and is no longer a collective shop so I've been tempted to change the name.
Best,
David

Wow @CarbonLiFeForum! What a thoughtful, shiny, logo! Love it.
Thanks for sharing your story about your business name. Changing the name can be tough depending on if you've done a ton of advertising with the current biz name or domain purchasing. Curious to see what you decide!

It was fairly easy to come up with the name of my business based upon my location. I am in Sonora California which is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains by Yosemite National Park. I came up with a rough idea of a logo and when a friend of mine who’s a graphic designer saw it she immediately told me I couldn’t possibly use it and designed up the one you see here. Here’s is much better than what I was thinking. Some times it’s just better to hand a professional a rough idea and then just turn them loose to do their thing

The name reminds me of water evaporating off the side of a mountain in the sun as well ☀️

Back Before we had our structure fire, my business was DKMOULDS, (I did plastic resin casting of headlight makrers making the ugly amber one clear or smoked, google headlight retrofit for some ideas if your into that.)
Since I now focus on bedliners, and vehicle protection, I changed my business name to mimic the brand I use, and then added the PLUS (before Disney + added theirs I'm pretty sure) 🤔. This change helps on my end from an SEO perspective as well. I usually like to come up with my own designs and ideas for my logo, but I couldn't come up with one for this for the life of me so I outsourced it. Then when i got the results I couldn't believe I didn't think of it, simple and effective.

Never going to look at the "S" the same again! Scorpions in general make me think of tough shells + exoskeletons, making for an extremely fitting name for your line of business.

When I was thinking about it, I couldn't come up with anything.
I was lying down watching Law & Order SVU when it hit me. I literally jumped out of bed and said Line 25 Consulting: Taking You From Segments to Dimensions. I've been rocking since 2014 and got a brand refresh last year.
