Hi Seller Community! 

About two weeks ago, we launched a new feature, Square's Photo Studio App!

Photo Studio by Square makes it easy to take professional-looking product photos in just a few simple steps! This is a huge milestone for Square Online and hopefully has made an impact on your site already.

I downloaded the app. I like how easy it was to upload the image to square. I wish there was some kind of color correction on the app. But otherwise pretty cool. Thanks.

I just use the Magic Wand photo correction in the apple photos app - it’s simple and great and adjustable!

Although I don’t use it for our food shots, I’ve found it does come in handy for updating things such as Beverages for our online ordering. If I have one request or critique, the added ability to edit an item after shooting and before saving such as contrast, brightness, etc.

Although I have more than a few photo editing apps, not all of them will keep the png. file intact after editing. 

Here’s one example in which I used it, the wood grain background is simply a photo of one of our tabletops:

Thanks @pessosices. The app is a great addition to the Square fam and while I use a host of other shoot & edit apps, this one is fast and easy to use. 

For retail and online product merchants, the addition of backgrounds is a nice touch.

Definitely an amazing app, making our workflow much quicker. 

@AdamB  @johnobc I would love the ability to adjust exposure and contrast after taking the photo.

I had to adjust the colors in the Mac Preview app to make the colors pop.

I have actually started using this and LOVE IT!!  I still have a lot of improvements to make, but I’ll get it over time. Here is one pic of our African Black Soap💗
