Can we use Paloma if we use Square in retail/brick and mortar, but a different payment solution for our ecommerce (through woocommerce)? Square is still our inventory/record, but online isn't processing on Square.

Hey austinrestart, great q - it will work with Paloma, but how the checkout happens will depend on how your inventory is setup.
If you use Square Items in Paloma conversations, you would want to make sure they have the woocommerce product detail page (PDP) links set as the URLs. That can be done in Square or in Paloma (if they’re not setup that way already)
If you use Square Item Variants in Paloma conversations, customers will be taken right to a checkout powered by Square. That should work from a technical perspective, but you’d want to make sure that doesn’t cause any workflow issues for your fulfillment.
