I use Square appointments.
I would like to reconcile which customer paid what amount. I can get a payment report but it does not specify which customers paid. Can anyone help?
When a customer cancels, I am finding it hard to track.

You can download a daily transaction summary that shows which customers made payments and the amounts they paid.
Here's how to do it from your online Square Dashboard:
- Navigate to Reports > Transactions.
- Use the date range filter to select the specific date you need.
- In the Sources filter, choose Appointments.
- Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner and select Transactions CSV.
You can also download a report that includes all canceled appointments. Here's how:
- Navigate to Appointments > Settings > History.
- Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner.
- The Status column will indicate which appointments were canceled.
You’re also able to view your cancelled appointments within your Appointments calendar by clicking the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) and toggling on View cancelled appointments.
