Is there any way to print a daily report of customer payments?

I use Square appointments.

 

I would like to reconcile which customer paid what amount. I can get a payment report but it does not specify which customers paid. Can anyone help?

When a customer cancels, I am finding it hard to track.

You can download a daily transaction summary that shows which customers made payments and the amounts they paid.

Here's how to do it from your online Square Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Transactions.
  2. Use the date range filter to select the specific date you need.
  3. In the Sources filter, choose Appointments.
  4. Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner and select Transactions CSV.


You can also download a report that includes all canceled appointments. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Appointments > Settings > History.
  2. Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner.
  3. The Status column will indicate which appointments were canceled.


You’re also able to view your cancelled appointments within your Appointments calendar by clicking the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) and toggling on View cancelled appointments.
