Why are my service descriptions being deleted when using online editor to rearrange the order?

I am an Esthetician and I want to start using Square Appointments for my online booking. I entered my service descriptions, but when I went to the Online editor to put the services in the order I wanted them to be seen online all the descriptions were deleted. Has anyone else had this issue? And how was it corrected?

Iโ€™m having this same issue and submitted a ticket to Squareโ€™s help center this morning. Hopefully weโ€™ll hear back soon!

This is frustrating it deleted all the descriptions.  Luckily I'm switching from a different booking app and had most of them saved. I spoke to someone earlier and she said the issue may be a glitch with the Apple Safari internet browser. I was advised to download Google Chrome and see if that solves the problem.  Are you using a MacBook or different internet browser?

Itโ€™s happened while using Chrome and Firefox on a Windows machine, as well as Safari on both iPhone and iPad. Chrome (for me) isnโ€™t the answer unfortunately.

Thank you for that information.  It happened to me after I downloaded Google Chrome as well.  So, since I'm not the only person that means it's their system not ours.

This has been flagged as a bug, and our Engineers are working on a fix. I'm not able to provide an ETA at this time, but I will make sure to post back here once the issue is resolved, or, if I hear of any work arounds.
