Hello!  My name is Anthony and my father and I run our clinic, At the Crossroads Weight Management, in Phoenix (Glendale), AZ.  As the name applies, we focus on weight loss and weight management.  I am an RN and my father is a Family Nurse Practitioner/Medical Director.  He has years of experience in acute family care and in weight management.  We opened up in February 2020 (right before the Covid shutdowns...)  We are blessed to still have our doors open.  We see patients in the clinic and are currently working on our online store (with Square Online) to have some of our supplements/injections widely available.  I'm definitely willing to give and accepting of any helpful advice:)
