Welcome back, @SlateCreek
Oh, if the file upload is not a dealbreaker for you, our forms should be a perfect solution!
Creating a form is super easy and there's no need to spend more to gather info from your customers.
Everything you need to know can be found in this article.
If you'd still prefer to hire a professional to create a form for you or to design your whole website, we do partner with 99designs. They offer the services of freelance designers and help you get matched with someone who can do just what you need.
Lastly, I just want to let you know that form responses are not tied to orders in any way. They are used for pricing or contact requests and even to RSVP to events. They are perfect if you need the information to create an invoice for your customer, but might add unnecessary steps if all you need is text/details for the customization of an item.
That being said, if customization of an item is what you are looking for, I'll also include here more details about modifiers.
Hopefully, I was able to cover all the bases here, but if there's anything I missed, please let me know!
Thank you โจ

Hello @SlateCreek !
And โจWELCOMEโจ to our Seller Community.
There are a couple of different ways in which you can request information from your customers.
You can add a form to your website, which would allow you to create custom fields for your customers to fill out and submit. Once submitted, the responses will be sent to you via email, and you can also find them on your dashboard.
You can add modifiers to your items, which allows your customers to modify an item with custom text or by selecting options from a list. Once an order is placed, you'll be able to see the modifiers entered when looking at the order details.
Unfortunately, none of these options offer the ability to request an image/file upload from customers.
Currently, file upload is a feature request. I would recommend visiting our Ideate Boards here in the Community to add your voice to any features you'd like to see added to our ecosystem.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

Hello- I appreciate the response and I will go to the Ideate Boards and ask about additional features. I can live without the file upload for the time being as long as I can have an area where they can leave more info on a form such as you mention. Unfortunately I do not know how to do that is there a place you can recommend that I can pay to create that form for me?
Thank You!
