I''ve just started my own website, AHandmadehouse.com where I design and make all the things. Home Decor, Gifts, and Pet Beds. Have an Etsy site also but am now also selling a Full Spectrum CBD Body Butter in gift baskets along with other all natural skincare products...Etsy won't let me sell anything CBD related, boo. That said, hate the Square's website, having a terrible time setting up. Doing it, but not without a ton of issues along the way. Getting there though and love what I do, just not the admin stuff, ugh.

Thank you! I do search the boards and don’t get the answers. Someone finally got back to me from Square and there were glitches or our glitches in the platform. Like I was not able to exit out of editing to get back to the overview page at all until someone fixed it. The thing doesn’t update my updates. It takes several tries for it to stick.Or I’ll upload a picture for a product and then I go to check it and that picture is not there. It’s been an insane process and actually created some health problems for me. I have overcome a lot of the issues. But it has not been fun and has created a huge delay in my process.

That does sound frustrating! Do you happen to know what browser (and version) you are using? You can click this link to verify.
The editor works best on the two most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. I have developed a habit of always working in a private or incognito window to help avoid any one-off cache/cookie errors.
The issues you described sound like they may have been bugs? Was the rep able to replicate the same error from their end?
