Writing compelling descriptions for every item you sell takes a lot of time, and you could use those hours to boost your business.
If you want all your items to have accurate, detailed, and sales-enhancing descriptions, this new feature makes things easier.
In the Items section of your Square Dashboard, click Create an Item .
If your item has a GTIN code, select Autogenerate , scan the barcode or search for the item, and the artificial intelligence will show you an image and description.
If you don't have a GTIN code, enter the name, click the description box and select Generate . Then choose the length and tone, review the keywords and the description that will be generated.
And that's it! Now you just have to repeat the same steps with all the new items or those that don't have a description yet.
