Hello,
I've had an issue 3 times recently where on separate occasions a customer has received their appointment notification with 2 different times, these customer had an email or text message with 2 different times stated in them, what's the cause of this? i know it isn't the customer as I have seen the message of 1 customer and a colleague has seen them for the other 2.
I've checked their details on the customer directory to make sure its not a time difference thing and its not, so what is causing this?

Could you kindly share screenshots of the emails or text messages at two different times? Just ensure that no sensitive information is visible as the Seller Community is a public forum.
